Our home inspections are thorough – very thorough. I inspect the structure, mechanical systems, and other components of the home – inside and out.
From the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology, I explore and analyze hundreds of items in your home.
I encourage you to attend your home inspection so that I can describe my process, explain my findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.
Many of our clients wonder what exactly is included on each of our home inspections. While there are hundreds of items, and thousands of scenerios that we take in during your inspection, below is just an outline of what we inspect.
• Structural Components
• Attic, Ventilation & Insulation
• Exterior Cladding
• Porch & Deck
• Attached Garage
• Electrical System
• Plumbing System
• HVAC System
• Interior, including:
• Built-In Appliances
• Ceilings, Floors & Walls
What Really Matters
Following my home inspection, I will compile my findings in an easy-to-read home inspection report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues I’ve discovered.
I will email you your report within 24 hours, and my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it.
Because your inspection report will be thorough and have many pictures, it may look very scary. But focus in on what really matters.
Your report will have maintenance items, things to watch out for, and possible issues down the road – but those thins are common to all homes. What really matters are 1) Material defects, and 2) safety issues. If you focus on those, you will get the most benefit from your inspection.
